Ancestral Reiki Doula
Please note that the terms and conditions below apply to any and all services provided Ancestral Reiki Doula, including but not limited to in-person and online trauma sensitive, wellness, and/or coaching sessions (collectively, the “Services”). By scheduling an appointment with Ancestral Reiki Doula you confirm receipt and are in agreement to the terms below.
Please read these Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy before using any of our Services. By accessing, installing, or otherwise using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the following terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound and abide by them, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older, to use and participate in the Services. By booking an appointment or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and can enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.
TERMS
To receive full benefits of all online and in person wellness offerings all clients must arrive on time for appointments. A grace period of 10 (ten) minutes will be allowed for appointments. Students that arrive over 10 (ten) minutes late for sessions will be denied service and appointments will be canceled. Payment for the appointment will be forfeited and is unable to be redeemed and/or transferred to another service. All rescheduled appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged a fee a LATE RESCHEDULE FEE of $50.00.
I understand and agree to respect the Oracular nature of these teachings, offerings, and courses. Even if I resonate with them, and feel that they are a part of my own Truth, I understand the implications of sharing these advanced teachings in ways that were not contextualized in their presentation and purpose by birthing them through my own Oracle (and that the sharing of them may lead to unintentional misappropriation and/or dilution). I agree to preserve the sanctity and integrity of these teachings by: - Not sharing them with anyone, or by any means (including disclosure of program materials, duplicating content, spoken or electronic means of divulging information, sharing private chat transmissions/reflections with friends or family, etc.), outside of the designated course space(s)(unless given explicit, written permission by the instructor of this course, Ancestral Reiki Doula). I agree to credit Ancestral Reiki Doula and her services in the circumstance that I receive written permission, from the instructor, to share her teachings.
I understand that I joined this program of my own will and decision. I was in no way coerced, manipulated, or inappropriately encouraged to join or invest in this program to any degree. I agree to take full responsibility for my decision to invest in any healing or program, facilitated by Ancestral Reiki Doula. I understand, and agree to respect, that this program DOES NOT have a refund policy. I will not pursue a refund for my investment in this program, even if I feel my personal expectations have gone unmet. I make my investment freely, with full awareness of this condition.
I agree to complete my full investment to Ancestral Reiki Doula according to the terms and due dates that were mutually agreed upon (including the logistics of a payment plan, if applicable), regardless of whether or not I actively complete this program/session/offering. I understand that any adjustments or changes to these terms must also be mutually agreed upon.
I agree to respect the deeply communal elements of this program in the following ways:
- I will not disclose, discuss or share in any way the identities, experiences, reflections or other personally divulged expressions of the other Women enrolled in this program/offering with anyone/any other platforms (including social media) outside of the structure of this program unless given explicit, documented permission.
- I will not partake in gossip, or speak about the other members of this program in a negative, judgmental, or projection-based light.
- I will not partake in trauma-bonding or other related behaviors.
-I will prioritize, and take seriously, my devotion + commitment to radical self-responsibility (accepting full self-accountability- vs. blame- and claiming sovereignty within the realm of my own experience, my own actions, reactions, and the weight of my words).
- I will not inappropriately offer advice, guidance or opinion if it has not been explicitly requested from me.
- I will practice ongoing awareness of my own projections and judgments (of self and/or other), and will move, speak and express from a space of compassionate honesty and Love as often as possible.
I will not spread rumors, partake in slander, or utilize malicious or destructive (non-constructive, honest and responsible) language about Ancestral Reiki Doula and/or her services if she/her services do not meet any personal expectations I have for this program and its facilitator (or for any other reason). This includes expressions of both public and private nature.
I understand that sending my payment for this program and/or signing this contract means that I give
my official agreement to all of the terms and conditions included in this document
I have read this contract in entirety. I understand each of the conditions listed, and will contact Ancestral Reiki Doula for further clarity, if needed.
FACILITIES
Ancestral Reiki Doula provides community programming in the traveling setting around the continental USA. Holistic Healing Offerings are also offered digitally via various online platforms.
MEDICAL CONCERNS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Movement & Energy Therapies such as Reiki, Sound Therapy, Womb Healing, Yoni Steaming® and Meditation are NOT a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. All Doula Services are NOT a replacement for main care provider such as a Doctor/OBGYN or Midwife. By booking a session or plan of care you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in such a program. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or hare post-natal or post-surgical, you represent and warrant that you have received your physician’s approval to participate prior to booking an appointment or any of the Services offered by Ancestral Reiki Doula. You also affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice Reiki Energy Healing, Womb Healing, Yoni Steaming®, or Doula Services and participation is at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Ancestral Reiki Doula and its instructors.
You also agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the Services. You agree to follow all instructions by Ancestral Reiki Doula so that I may safely participate in the Services. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, inform and ask for support from Ancestral Reiki Doula's instructor. My failure to do so is my sole responsibility.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.
The limitation of liability set forth above shall only apply to the extent permitted by law.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Ancestral Reiki Doula accepts contact-less payments including Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. There is a no refund policy on all orders and services provided by Ancestral Reiki Doula unless discussed due to unforeseen emergency situations.
Payment plan options are available to clients/students for Ancestral Reiki Doula services. Should clients be unable to settle payments, Ancestral Reiki Doula reserves the right to cancel services and/or apply a late payment fee of $50.00 to initial arrangement contract prior to continuing services.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the banking information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the at the time of your order.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any dispute between you and Ancestral Reiki Doula, arising from the use of these Terms (including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, and your right to privacy or publicity), you agree to first contact Ancestral Reiki Doula and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from the courts for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Website. ALL SUCH USERS AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL, EXCEPT FOR MATTERS THAT MAY BE BROUGHT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU MAY REVIEW THE AAA RULES AT WWW.ADR.ORG.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
Ancestral Reiki Doula is not responsible for lost or stolen items during wellness offerings. Please place all personal items including car keys, mats, and wallets in safe location at your own discretion and risk.
WAIVER
No waiver by Ancestral Reiki Doula of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Ancestral Reiki Doula to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Term is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Ancestral Reiki Doula, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the sales governed by these Terms. If any future Terms are agreed to, such future Terms shall govern.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any product or service for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product. Refunds may be considered if there is an error in your order or an extreme emergency that has been discussed with Ancestral Reiki Doula.
PRODUCT/ SERVICE EXCHANGES
There is a no refund policy on all product and service orders. In the event that a customer is unable to attend schedule sessions, events and/or seminars, the ticket is forfeited and there will not be a refund issued to the customer. If a customer orders an product, please note that there is a no refund policy on all orders. Customer will not be allowed to exchange for another item.
INCORRECT AND/OR MISSING ITEMS:
Should you find that your order is missing an item, PLEASE CONTACT US AT ANCESTRAL.REIKI.DOULA@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO GET A REPLACEMENT SENT TO YOU, IF AVAILABLE. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect/Missing Item" in the Subject Box. Please be sure to include ORDER NUMBER in the email for reference.
LOST/MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by Ancestral Reiki Doula and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper is not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.

Ancestral Reiki Doula is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone. Whilst Ancestral Reiki Doula strives to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website and we are currently working to achieve this. Be aware that due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.
